This is a plain-English draft prepared for SiteDocs Pro to review before launch. It describes what we collect while the site is in its pre-launch (coming soon) phase.

Who we are
SiteDocs Pro is a construction-documents business operated as a Structura venture, based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia (ABN 52 699 040 125). For privacy questions, contact us at hello@sitedocspro.com.au.
What we collect
- Your email address — when you join the launch waitlist or send us an enquiry through the contact form.
- Enquiry details — your name (if you provide it) and the message you send us.
- Basic analytics — anonymised, aggregate information about how the site is used (for example, pages viewed), collected in a privacy-respecting way. We do not use this to identify you personally.
Why we collect it
- To notify you when we launch, and to send launch information.
- To respond to your enquiries.
- To understand interest in the product and improve the site.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that help us run the site (see below).
Storage & security
Waitlist and enquiry information is stored securely in our managed cloud database provider. Access is restricted, and the information is not publicly readable. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, though no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We keep waitlist emails until launch and for a reasonable period afterwards to send you launch-related information, or until you ask us to remove you. Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and our records.
Unsubscribe & deletion
You can ask us at any time to unsubscribe you from the waitlist or to delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@sitedocspro.com.au and we'll action it.
